What’s the difference between your Chauffeur Drive Standard Service and your All In Service?

Our standard service is more flexible and allows you to lock in the time of service but not the locations. You will need to pay for your own fuel and tolls.

 

Our All In Service is a customized quotation that locks in the time of service as well as the locations. This allows us to estimate the cost of fuel and tolls upfront so you don’t have to worry about making unknown payments at the end of the service.

What if I want to book a vehicle with a driver to take away for a few days?

You can book our driver and vehicle for trips away that require overnight stays. Call us for your customized quotation.

What are the steps to booking a vehicle?

  • Step 1 – Book online or by calling us

  • Step 2 – Provide us with your documents (the list of documents is available on our home page)

  • Step 3 – Wait for our approval of your documents

  • Step 4 – Wait for our deposit invoice

  • Step 5 – Make your deposit payment

  • Step 6 – Wait for your final booking confirmation

 

What are the steps to receiving the vehicle?

  • Step 1 – Present your booking confirmation

  • Step 2 – Provide your documents in original format

  • Step 3 – Check the vehicle with our representative and sign off the check sheet

  • Step 4 – Provide your payment and cash bond

  • Step 5 – Get the keys and enjoy your rental!

 

Why do I need to provide so many documents?

In return for giving you a vehicle that we love and adore, we only ask you to give us some security so that we know you will return our vehicle and meet all of your obligations. The documents we request from you verify your identity and address so that we may contact you if we need to.

 

Why do I need to provide a bond?

We take great pride in our vehicles so that many people after you can enjoy them also! The bond enables us to quickly repair the vehicle for any small incidents or missing items that might occur during your rental. But don’t worry, if there is no damage the bond will be returned to you straight away.

 

What happens if I have an accident?

You must call us immediately and obtain a police report. Fill out the accident report form inside the glove compartment. It is advisable to take photos also.

 

What if the vehicle breaks down?

You can call our 24-hour roadside assistance service. The numbers are available inside your glove compartments.

 

What if I don’t know how to operate the vehicle?

Our team will show you how to operate the vehicle, and we also have videos available for you to view to assist you with operating the vehicle during your rental.

 

What happens if I have a flat tire?

You will need to visit a gas station to pump up the tire. In the event of damage to the tire you may need to change it with a spare. In the event of you changing the tire, you must contact us immediately as we will need to arrange the purchase of a new tire. The expense of the new tire will be added to your account at the end of the rental.

 

What happens if I scratch the car or cause minor damage?

You must call us immediately. It is advisable to take photos also. The cost of the damage will be added to your account at the end of the rental.

 

How does the insurance work?

You have full comprehensive car insurance when you drive one of our vehicles. However, excess or participation payments do apply. So if we deem that the damage must be repaired via insurance you will need to pay the excess or participation stated on the check sheet you signed at the beginning of the rental.

 

GENERAL

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for long term hire of 5 days, 2 weeks and 1 month. We also offer larger discounts for longer terms of 3,6,9 or 12 months. Call us for your customized quotation.

 

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes, we offer corporate accounts for approved customers. Call us for an application form.

 

What will the vehicle actually look like?

Our website has vehicle specification sheets that you can view to get more information about the vehicle you will be renting. You can also check out our facebook page for videos and photos of our vehicles.

 

Can I extend my booking halfway through my rental?

Yes, you can subject to availability. You will need to call us for approval and you will be required to make a payment in advance for the extension.

 

Do you have promotions or special deals?

Yes, we regularly have promotions and special deals. Like our Facebook page for regular updates on our current promos.
